Statue-Chessboard Pattern Duplication One of the easiest of the Dungeoneering challenge rooms, all you need to do here is to look at the patterns of statues on two small chessboards and then duplicate them on two others. This room is divided into four quarters, each of which has a light-colored statue and a dark-toned statue on it. Two of the squareswhich will always be adjacenthave statues that can be moved, while the statues on the other two squares cannot be moved. I always think of these squares as being like chessboards, because the statues remind me of chess pieces. :) To solve the puzzle, just push the movable statues so that they are in the exact same configuration as the unmovable statues in the adjacent square. For example, if the movable statues are in the NW and SW corners and the stationary ones in the NE and SE, then make the statues in the NW look the same as the ones in the NE, and the statues in the SW the same as in the SE. Do not mirror image the statues; make it so that there are two sets of identical chessboard layouts.

I find myself at a loss for wordsthat happens so rarely! :) Theres nothing much to this puzzle: just move the statues as mentioned above. The only tricky thing about this puzzle is to be sure to be in the right position when you click a statue in order to move it. Also, you cannot click on the opposite side of a statue to run around it; you must first click to the side, then on the square you want to go to. The puzzle is the same with a team, and this is one of the challenges were players can work together to get it done faster. Its usually best to just have two players each tackle one square; any more than that and youll likely just step on each others toes.
