The RuneScoop Skill Optimization Guide for RuneScape - Crafting The RuneScoop Skill Optimization Guide for RuneScape - Crafting - Activity Index - Level 1 (P2P)

This section contains activity indexes for the Crafting skill, which let you compare and contrast the many Crafting activities within RuneScape. Crafting is mostly a milestone-based production skill, where you get access to new items you can make as you increase your level, but you make items at the same speed even as your level increases beyond the minimum required. There are a few situations where levels in other skills matter, but mostly, all players who have the same Crafting level can make the same items.

An index is defined here for each level at which a new Crafting item becomes available, as well as any level where a more efficient training method comes into play. In some cases I also have level ranges, such as for the small number of Crafting activities where sucess does depend on your level (like firing pottery or cutting semi-precious gems). Since there are so many different ways to use the Crafting skill, this leads to a large number of indexes. You should, in most cases, use the index that corresponds to your Crafting level, or if there isn’t an exact match, the highest level index below your current level.

Please bear in mind when examining these indexes that it is not always the case that all activities can actually be done at all times—the availability of raw materials is a factor, as is the ability to sell end products. Also remember that skill activity efficiency has a different meaning when positive and when negative, and cannot be compared directly.

These are P2P indexes, so they include all Crafting activities, both F2P and P2P. There is also a complementary set of indexes for F2P (though the number of indexes is far smaller, since the variety of Crafting activities in F2P is much smaller).
