General Discussion
Rogue's purse is one of five special "jungle herbs" that are part of the Jungle Potion quest, and one of only two that have an actual use after the quest is over (the other being snake weed). It is untradeable, being a quest item, and so can only be obtained by gathering it yourself (it is also a drop from some monsters, but in small quantities).
It takes a very long time to gather rogue's purse, so getting it just for the small cleaning XP you get for it is rather pointless. However, I've described that process here for sake of completeness, assuming you will want not bank and keep the herbs. See also the description of making Relicym's balm or Sanfew serum for a more practical use of the herb.
Location and Access
Rogue's purse is found by searching the walls of the Jogre cave in far northern Karamja. The fastest way to get there is to teleport to Karamja with an amulet of glory and then use a crossbow and mith grapple at Musa Point, followed by a short run west to the cave entrance. Alternatives include fairy rings or just running from Brimhaven.

Lower-level players will need armor to defend against jogre attacks.

Lower-level players may need food to heal from damage caused by the jogres.
Familiar Suggestions
Summon a foraging familiar to earn extra money for you while you work -- I prefer the magpie, given the high value of rings and gems today. There isn't a really worthwhile forager below Summoning level 47, so I wouldn't bother with a familiar at lower levels.
Technique and Tips
Move around the cave looking for "fungus covered cavern walls", then search them to find the herb and drop it. There are lots of spawns, but it takes quite a while to get the herbs, so you can only do about 210 or so per hour. Again, if banking them, this will be slower.
