General Discussion
Super strength potions are enhanced versions of regular strength pots; instead of boosting your Strength skill by 10% plus 3, they increase it by 15% plus 5 (5 to 19 points). Super strengths are the most valuable component of "super sets", commonly used by high-level players for greater success in combat, the other super set potions being super attack and super defence. They use kwuarm as herbs and the same limpwurt roots as regular strength pots.
Location and Access
You can make potions at any bank, but a one-click bank like Castle Wars is preferred.
Required and Recommended Equipment
No equipment is needed.
Required and Recommended Supplies
No supplies are required, aside from vials of water, herbs and secondary ingredients.
Familiar Suggestions
Summon a foraging familiar to earn extra money for you while you work -- I prefer the magpie, given the high value of rings and gems today.
Technique and Tips
Take out 14 water-filled vials and 14 clean kwuarm. Click one vial and then one herb (or vice-versa) and when prompted, right-click the main message area and choose "Make All". Wait for the herbs to be added to the water. Next, open the bank, take out 14 limpwurt roots, click one and then click one of your unfinished potions. Again choose "Make All" and wait. Bank the finished potions and repeat.
