The second-highest level potion in the game, the super prayer potion is made by adding wyvern bonemeal to a standard prayer potion. This increases the potency of each prayer potion dose from the normal range of 7 to 31 points up to 7 to 41 points. Since most players who have level 94 Herblore also have very high Prayer, this represents an effective improvement of 32%. However, the value of these potions is arguably even greater than this implies, because they enable longer stays for players fighting difficult boss monsters.

The drawback of super prayers is that wyvern bonemeal is untradeable. That means that in order to make these potions, you must get or buy wyvern bones and grind them yourself using the bone grinder at the Ectofuntus. The process of grinding is very slow and limits the number of potions you can make to a small fraction of the number you can achieve with other high-level potions.

I have valued the super prayer potion at 45% over the value of a prayer potion.

Location and Access

You need to use the bone grinder in Port Phasmatys to make the bonemeal. The potions can be made at any bank, but a one-click bank like Castle Wars is preferred.

In addition to the prayer potions and bones, you need a bunch of empty pots to hold the bonemeal, and rings of duelling for banking.

Familiar Suggestions

Summon a foraging familiar to earn extra money for you while you work -- I prefer the magpie, given the high value of rings and gems today.

I've tried using beasts of burden to carry more bonemeal to the grinder, but the time needed to load and unload the beast negates any advantage of higher capacity. Plus, it's fast to get to the grinder using your ectophial.

Technique and Tips

Start by making your bonemeal. Take out your ectophial and a ring of duelling, 13 wyvern bones and 13 empty pots. Click the ectophial, go upstairs and click the input hopper of the bone grinder. You'll automatically make all of the bones into bonemeal, a process that takes about three minutes. Bank at Castle Wars and repeat if necessary.

When ready to make the super prayer potions, take out 14 wyvern bonemeal and 14 prayer potions (3), in that order. Click one bonemeal and one potion; when prompted, right-click the main message area and choose "Make All". Wait for the potions to be made, bank and repeat.
