General Discussion
Super attack potions are souped-up versions of regular attack pots; instead of boosting your Attack skill by 10% plus 3, they increase it by 15% plus 5 (5 to 19 points). Super attacks are one component of "super sets", commonly used by high-level players for greater success in combat, the others being super strength and super defence potions. They use irit as herbs and the same eyes of newt as regular attack pots.
Location and Access
You can make potions at any bank, but a one-click bank like Castle Wars is preferred.

No equipment is needed.
Required and Recommended Supplies
No supplies are required, aside from vials of water, herbs and secondary ingredients.
Familiar Suggestions
Summon a foraging familiar to earn extra money for you while you work -- I prefer the magpie, given the high value of rings and gems today. There isn't a really worthwhile forager below Summoning level 47, so I wouldn't bother with a familiar at lower levels.
Technique and Tips
Take out 14 water-filled vials and 14 clean irits. Click one vial and then one herb (or vice-versa) and when prompted, right-click the main message area and choose "Make All". Wait for the herbs to be added to the water. Next, open the bank, take out 14 eyes of newt, click one and then click one of your unfinished potions. Again choose "Make All" and wait. Bank the finished potions and repeat.
