General Discussion
Saradomin brews (or "Sara brews") are defensive tradeoff potions. Each dose boosts the Defence skill by 2 to 21 points and life points by 20 to 160 points, while dropping both Attack and Strength by 2 to 9 points. All of these are based on the skill’s normal level, including life points (Constitution). Unlike Zamorak brews, Sara brews do not restore prayer points.
Players with a Constitution level of 99 get healed 160 LP per dose of Sara brew, meaning one 4-dose potion packs 640 LP of healing. This makes these pots very popular among those who fight tough monsters; the brews are normally used in combination with super restore potions (to restore prayer and undo the decreases to the Attack and Strength skills), followed by doses of super attack and super strength potions.

You can make potions at any bank, but a one-click bank like Castle Wars is preferred.

No equipment is needed.

No supplies are required, aside from vials of water, herbs and secondary ingredients.
Familiar Suggestions
Summon a foraging familiar to earn extra money for you while you work -- I prefer the magpie, given the high value of rings and gems today.
Technique and Tips
Take out 14 water-filled vials and 14 clean toadflax. Click one vial and then one herb (or vice-versa) and when prompted, right-click the main message area and choose "Make All". Wait for the herbs to be added to the water. Next, open the bank, take out 14 crushed bird's nests, click one and then click one of your unfinished potions. Again choose "Make All" and wait. Bank the finished potions and repeat.
