General Discussion
Restore potions are made from harralander and red spiders' eggs. They are used to undo reductions in the primary combat abilities -- Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged and Magic -- often in combination with potions that reduce some of these stats, such as Saradomin brews or Zamorak brews.
These potions have low value due to excessive production. If you have a lot of them, one good way to get further Herblore XP from them is to make Barbarian mixes from them.
Location and Access
You can make potions at any bank, but a one-click bank like Castle Wars is preferred.

No equipment is needed.
Required and Recommended Supplies
No supplies are required, aside from vials of water, herbs and secondary ingredients.
Familiar Suggestions
Summon a foraging familiar to earn extra money for you while you work -- I prefer the magpie, given the high value of rings and gems today. There isn't a really worthwhile forager below Summoning level 47, so I wouldn't bother with a familiar at lower levels.
Technique and Tips
Take out 14 water-filled vials and 14 harralander herbs. Click one vial and then one herb (or vice-versa) and when prompted, right-click the main message area and choose "Make All". Wait for the herbs to be added to the water. Next, open the bank, take out 14 red spiders' eggs, click one and then click one of your unfinished potions. Again choose "Make All" and wait. Bank the finished potions and repeat.
