General Discussion
Three of the new Herblore potions are extreme versions of the attack, defence, strength potions and the "super set" versions of all three. The regular attack potion boosts the Attack skill by 10% of your level, rounded down, plus 3 (3 to 12); the super attack pot increases that to 15% plus 5 (5 to 19); and this new extreme attack potion ups the ante, providing a whopping 5 to 26 point boost to the skill.
Like all of the high-level potions, extreme attack pots are untradeable, but they have value. In this case, a few extra points of Attack allows players to get more hits on tough opponents, though it won't make a huge difference. I have valued the extreme attack potion at double the value of a super attack potion; part of this is because of the extra Herblore XP you can get using this potion to make overload potions.
Location and Access
You can make potions at any bank, but a one-click bank like Castle Wars is preferred.

No equipment is needed.
Required and Recommended Supplies
No supplies are required, aside from the super attack potions and avantoe herbs.
Familiar Suggestions
Summon a foraging familiar to earn extra money for you while you work -- I prefer the magpie, given the high value of rings and gems today.
Technique and Tips
Take out 14 clean avantoe and 14 super attack (3) potions (in that order). Click one herb and one potion; when prompted, right-click the main message area and choose "Make All". Wait for the potions to be made, bank and repeat. This takes only about 32 seconds so you can make over 1,500 per hour.
