General Description
Most players train Prayer using regular bones, big bones and dragon bones, but there are also some interesting alternatives. These include zogre bones, and the rare and valuable ancestral ogre bones: fayrg, raurg and ourg ones. Teleport to Castle Wars and bank there. Keep the ring, put on a regen bracelet, and take out about 5 lockpicks, 1000 gold pieces, a magpie familiar and a stack of Thieving Fingers scrolls. Exit Castle Wars and run south, go over the bridge and continue to Jiggig. Trade Uglug-Nar and buy 5 Relicym's balm potions. Then go east, cross the barricade and run east to the coffins there.
