General Description

Wine of Zamorak is a high-level Herblore secondary ingredient that spawns in the Chaos Temple. It must be taken using the Telekinetic Grab spell, since trying to sieze it manually makes the monks attack you (as well as Zamorak himself!)

This is best done on a full world to reduce respawn time.

Note that there is pretty much no advantage to higher levels with this technique, once you have the necessary Summoning level to use a spirit terrorbird.

Note that you can about 2 more wines per hour using a war tortoise instead of a spirit terrorbird, but this actually is a net loss because those pouches are worth 10 times as much! Don't waste them here. A pack yak at level 96 Summoning, though, is worth using!

Specific Method Details

Equip an air staff (or other staff that provides air runes), ring of duelling and weight-reducing equipment. Take out of the bank 59 law runes, one water rune and a pack yak pouch.

Teleport to Falador and run north, bearing left at the fork towards Taverley. Don't cross the gate, though -- just hug the wall and keep going north until you get to the Chaos Temple.

Enter the temple and stand next to the wine on the table. Cast Telekinetic Grab on it, then wait for it to respawn and repeat. Once you have a full inventory of wines, summon the pack yak, load wines into it and continue until it's full. For the final cast, drop one wine on the ground to make room, then pick it back up. Use your ring of duelling to return to Castle Wars and bank there, then repeat the process. The yak should last for three trips.

You will be able to get around 183 per hour, and also earn about 8k Magic XP.
