Method Description, Instructions and Tips for Success
General Description
Dashing kebbit fur is used to make spottier capes, the best weight-reducing cape in the game. The fur is valuable, and the kebbits can be caught very quickly, even at level 70, yielding large amounts of Hunter XP. Because of how quickly they are caught, a beast of burden is essential to reducing time spent banking and running. This means there is a particular advantage to having level 96 Summoning: you can use a pack yak with its 30 inventory slots.
Specific Method Details
Log in to a full world for faster respawns, and take out of the bank a charged amulet of glory, dramen staff, ring of slaying, war tortoise pouch and 500 gp. Wield the staff, use the ring to teleport to Rellekka, then use the fairy ring just to the west. Dial "A K Q", then run east to the falconry area and step over the stile. Unequip your staff, and right-click Matthias to get a falcon
Start hunting in the southeastern area of the pen. There are two dashing kebbits but they aren't near each other, and since they respawn quickly, it is best to just stay in one spot and catch the same one repeatedly. Save the fur on each catch and bury the bones (or drop if you don't need Prayer XP). When you have 18 summon your tortoise and store them in it, then continue until your inventory is full (temporarily drop one fur to make space for the last catch.)
Teleport to Edgeville, bank and repeat.
