Method Description, Instructions and Tips for Success
General Description
Skeletal hands and zombie hands are higher level versions of the low level crawling hands that are familiar to most players who train the Slayer skill. They are in a multicombat area found among the tunnels below the town of Meiyerditch in Morytania. They are not the best drop monsters in the game but can make a nice change from other moneymaking methods. Most of their valuable drops come in the form of allotment seeds and bracelets, the latter of which must be alched, so you also get a small amount of Magic XP for your trouble.
The fastest way to get to these monsters is to use a blood altar tablet obtained from the Great Orb Project minigame (though you also have to take into account the time needed to get the tablet). Alternately, you can get to the altar via the Abyss using the Zamorak mage north of Edgeville. If you don't want to go into the Abyss (which involves the risk of revenants and drains your prayer) there's a shortcut you can take from Canifis; it requires level 65 Agility. It is the method I personally prefer as I don't like the Abyss.
Specific Method Details
Get to Canifis and bank there, putting on Dharok's and other melee gear, and taking from the bank two 4-dose super sets, a geyser titan pouch (or other good combat familiar), about a dozen salmon and a large number of sets of alching runes (50 or more). Go down the trap door behind the bar in Canifis as if going to Mort'ton, then take the first cave entrance. Go due south past the tomb of Ivandis and you'll find a connection to the tunnel to Meiyerditch. Walk through the serpentine tunnel until you get to the jutting wall and pass it. Continue along the long tunnel until you get to the room of skeletal and zombie hands on the east side.
Take your super set dose, summon your geyser titan and start fighting. The monsters are mostly unaggressive except occasionally a skeletal hand will burst out of the ground and attack you on sight. Both types have the same drops. These monsters do not hit very hard, so you won't need much food. In fact, you may even wish to temporarily take off your armor at the start to get your HP low enough to make the Dharoks hit higher.
Keep fighting, collecting drops and using super set doses periodically. Alch all bracelets that have a gem in them, pick up herbs and good seeds, and also take the steel and black nails (not worth a lot but they stack). Also take good runes, of course. If you're lucky, you might even get a dragonstone bracelet -- rare but they do drop them. When done, just use Home Teleport to return to civilization.
